Do your legs feel "TIGHT"...

Do you feel a stretch in your lower legs when you bend forward from a standing position? 

As you can see in the pictures below there is no muscle that runs from the back of the hip down into your calf.

So if you feel a stretch in your calf when you bend forward to touch your toes, it is not a tight calf.

Then what is it?

Do you see those yellow nerves? (in the picture below) They run everywhere. And they get pulled when you bend forward to touch your toes.

If you feel a stretch in your calves when you bend forward to touch your toes, your have a nerve problem, not a "tight" problem.

"Tight" is not a diagnosis...

You need someone to find out what and where that problem is.
