Are you making goals for 2018? A lot of people make goals or resolutions in areas like health, financial or relationships...

We make goals at the office too. We made a goal this year of dedicating ourselves more to clinical excellence. We achieved that by taking more than 150 hours of continuing education and commitment to our patients to do the best work we can for them.

Dr. Lambert made a goal of losing 25 pounds the past year and achieved it in November, a lot of patients have noticed.

We encourage you to make some goals for next year too. You don’t have to make lofty goals or resolutions either. Make goals that you feel are achievable for yourself. You’ll feel really good when you achieve them in 2018!

We look forward to continuing to provide clinical excellence for our patients in 2018.
We’d love to help even more people achieve there functional and pain free lifestyles in 2018.

Soft Tissue Work and Chiropractor Works!  Besides professional service and friendliness, the soft tissue has been a blessing. It is a mix of PT and Chiro. I no longer have the headaches I had and he is helping my hip!
